Ramon’s has been home to Jim Morris fans for the past 6 years. There is a Tour Desk to book any diving, snorkeling, fishing, or mainland tours. Tradewinds Paradise Villas (Condominiums)
The Villas are beautifully decorated one and two bedroom condo’s. Each unit has a full kitchen, cable TV, and air conditioning. The beachfront units are just feet from the water. A private pier and a fresh water pool are located on the landscaped grounds. There is a Tour Desk in the office to book any diving, snorkeling, fishing, or mainland tours. The Villas are conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

** For the best rates and availability Belize Tradewinds highly recommends you book as early as possible. Discount bulk air is available on a limited basis for each flight. Hotels in Belize are very small, there for space is limited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 per person is required within 7 days of booking to secure reservations. Upon receiving your down payment we will send you a confirmation notice for both your airline and hotel reservations. Final payment is due February 10, 2006. Upon receiving your final payment we will send your airline tickets, hotel vouchers, and general information. Bookings made 60 days or less prior to departure must be paid in full within 7 days of booking. A $25.00 fee will be charged, when changes are made in reservations 60 days prior to departure. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing. Requests received up to 61 days or more before departure are subject to the nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 per person. Requests made 60 days or less before departure are 100% NONREFUNDABLE. It should be understood that all changes made after travel begins are the responsibility of the participant. There are no refunds for unused portions of a trip.
Any airline quotes are subject to increases by the airlines in the form of surcharges, fuel taxes and increases beyond our control. No airline rates are guaranteed until they are ticketed.
